Words of Parents

Deciding who to leave your child with is a big decision. We don’t take it lightly that parents choose us. Each child is made to feel as special and unique as they are. Hear what some of our parents have to say.

“Friends Together is simply amazing! All the caregivers are incredibly generous, kind, and warm. There is a chef on staff, who prepares diverse and healthy meals and snacks that our son loves. The kids get outside most days, make crafts, sing, dance, read, and more. There are no screens, so they thrive off play and friendship. It’s beautiful to see them all learn from each other and the wonderful staff.

The Director, Lisa, is so kind and generous. She keeps the Centre running smoothly, while truly caring for children and staff. Many of the staff are long term, educated, and so so caring. My son is currently in the ladybug room, and I can’t say enough good things about the two caregivers, Linda and Shefali! We love this Centre, and are so happy to have our little guy here. Thanks for all the work you do!”  — Nykea, mom of Hart (the dragon)

“I was really nervous to send my little one to daycare during Covid. I had heard that kids always get sick at daycare. Well, it’s been 7 months, and she hasn’t had so much as a cold, while her friends at other daycares are often home sick. This shows how seriously Friends Together takes cleaning and sanitizing.

The teachers are just fantastic — they are caring and nurturing, and provide such an enriching environment. The director is great at organizing and is a ray of sunshine that the kids look forward to seeing everyday. She builds a special relationship with each one of them.

The balanced meals also give me peace of mind. I know that even if my little one only eats noodles at home, at least she eats a wide mix of foods at daycare.

Highly recommend.” — Laura Wright, mom of Mira
